Building Cultural linkages through Meaningful Collaborations
The Philippine Partnership Circle (PhilPaC) was established in June 2020 as a not-for-profit organization under the patronage of the Philippine Embassy in the United Arab Emirates. It is made up of dedicated volunteers, including highly respected international business leaders and professionals in the UAE, collectively known as the “Friends of the Filipinos.” Aligned with a strong commitment to philanthropy, the organization aims to strengthen cultural understanding and people-to-people relationships, while promoting socio-economic partnerships between the Philippines, the UAE, and other countries globally. By fostering partnerships, PhilPaC aims to enhance mutual understanding, promote shared goals, and create sustainable development in various sectors, including arts and culture, business, education, and social innovation.
PhilPaC plays a vital role in connecting the Philippines with the world through meaningful, cross-cultural, and socio-economic partnerships. By fostering collaboration among artists, entrepreneurs, governments, and communities, it strives to contribute to the Philippines’ sustainable development while enhancing its global position as a vibrant, creative nation. Through its various programs, the organization is committed to building bridges of understanding and cooperation that create lasting, impactful change.
PhilPaC is dedicated to hosting not-for-profit cultural and leadership community events, participating in international forums, and building partnerships and collaborations that promote Philippine culture and economic growth. The organization focuses on creating a positive socio-economic impact and driving social development that benefits Filipinos both in the UAE and globally. Through these initiatives, PPC aims to strengthen cultural ties, enhance the well-being of the Filipino community, and contribute to sustainable growth and development.
PhilPaC founded and pioneered several unique and impactful initiatives in collaboration with Philippine Embassy in the UAE and Philippine Consulate General of Dubai and Northern Emirates, amongst the initiatives have included AKLAT Literature and Art, Kalinga Healthcare, Paraluman Women Empowerment, World Diversity Day, Technology and Innovation Forums, Ainnovation Forum, and Cultural Ibalik Natin. In addition, PhilPaC has collaborated with the Philippine Embassy in the UAE for notable events such as the Dubai World Expo 2020 forums and presentations, including Ugnayan, TELA and Space Exploration at the Philippine Pavilion. Also, participated in the Governments and privately organized culture and art exhibitions. The latest projects in the Year 2024, the International Socio-Economic Leadership Congress (ISELC) was launched in Dumaguete City in the Philippines followed by “We Belong Catwalk” initiative for People of Determination in the Filipino Community, celebrating diversity and inspiring inclusivity in the fashion industry. These initiatives highlight PhilPaC’s commitment to promoting Philippine culture, innovation, and global partnerships, creating lasting social and cultural impacts both locally and internationally.

Philippine Partnership Circle seeks to promote understanding and appreciation of Philippine culture and the arts while bridging gaps between different sectors—government, private industry, civil society, and international partners—by creating platforms for cooperation and innovation.
